prevent and address issues that could be detrimental to a child's well-being. It is important for us to ensure that children of tender age are not abused and they are not forced to do things unsuited to their age or strength. They should be allowed to develop in a healthy manner and in conditions of freedom and dignity and that childhood and youth are protected against exploitation and against moral and material abandonment.

We, St. Augustine's Day School strongly oppose sexual harassment, and that such behaviour against women is prohibited by the law as laid down in The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 and Rules framed thereunder (hereinafter referred to as "Act") as well as the terms of employment.
